Saturday, October 19th Vernon BC Low down Farm Group Work

Our first day softly opens with a supportive group breathwork led by The Marigold Way. A powerfully energetic geodesic dome holds the group as they meet themselves through the breath. A nourishing, homemade, light lunch is then served while space to connect to oneself and to others is created. The afternoon features the group heading out into the field to work with the incredible Omar, Raven, and Halo, 3 members of the infamous Equuarius herd. Combining these two transformative modalities creates a unique and one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience powerful connection to ourselves and the larger universe. Breathwork opens our awareness, opens our bodies, and opens our hearts to then be received by the wisdom of the horses. Sitting in silence, in a state of presence and intention, amplifies our soul connection to our own multi-dimensional experience of life. It magnetizes our purpose, clears subconscious stagnation of energies and allows more direct access into transformative insights which result in powerful and beautifully aligned life changes. Our second day is reserved for optional add on of a private experience with both Meredith and Güliz in tandem to deepen the integration from the previous day.
